The perfect snack for a warm & summery afternoon

Blueberry & Cinnamon Chia Pudding:

1 small handful of blueberries

2-3  tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw almond butter

1 dollop full fat greek yogurt (optional)

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 splash of vanilla extract

1  dash of cinnamon

Mix everything up & wait a couple of minutes for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid. Devour. Have seconds.
